Gift Cards
Use of Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of terms:
- Our Gift Cards can be used at any outlet or service offering at TradeWinds Island Grand and Guy Harvey Outpost, a TradeWinds Beach Resort.
- Your gift card will arrive ready to use at ANY outlet or service. They are not specfic to Spa Services or DIning though we do sell them this way to avoid confusion.
Gift Card(s) cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or damanged gift card(s) will be replaced to the current available balance for a re-issue fee of $30.00. Privileges may be revoked at any time.
A $2.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the balance of the gift card(s) each month beginning one (1) year from the date of card issuance.
Clothing
- Clothing with tags removed may not be returned.
- Some Guy Harvey clothing items may not be instock at the time of your order, we will call you to request an alternate selection.
- Most of our Guy Harvey items will include an exclusive Guy Harvey Outpost logo that is not represented in the photograph(s).
Recreation
- Most of our Watersports items are very dependent on the weather for safe operation, as a result some items may not be open and operating when you arrive. Please plan ahead and call ahead to insure your activities are open and operating.
- JetLev requires a reservation, once you book online please call ahead to reserve your date and time- Must Be 18+ to Fly: 1-888-Our-JetLev (1-888-687-5385).
- Splash Island Ocean Waterpark and Floating Cabanas are open from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday/Saturday/Sunday - Weather Permitting. If you plan to play for more than an hour or on a specific day please call ahead to insure operating hours. 1-888-687-5385.
- WaveJets are dependent on weather for smooth and safe operation, please call ahead after making your purchase to make a reservation. 1-888-687-5385.
Attraction Tickets
- Attraction Tickets can be picked up from the Concerirge desk 48 hours after online ordering. For faster service please call ahead. 1-888-687-5385
In-Room Gifts and Amenities
- All of these items are delivered directly to your room, please be sure to supply the room number where you want the gifts delivered too. In most cases a hotel employee will enter the room to drop off the gifts.
- The items will not be "Staged". In other words, the picture of the items is considered Staged, your item will not be setup like this in your room.

TradeWinds Day Pass includes:

- Participation in Resort Activities (some complimentary; some with additional cost)

- $30 per person
Simply bring your confirmation to the TradeWinds Island Grand gate attendant for your permit and wristbands!
Important information regarding our Day Pass Program:
- Passes are subject to availability and black-out dates.
- Availability will change; only passes purchased with confirmation are secured.
- Passes are only sold via this website (cannot purchase on site
- Passes are limited on a daily basis.
- Passes are non-refundable
- Coolers are not allowed on property.
