All items are shipped by UPS ground, a shipping charge will be added at checkout. Gift cards require a signature and UPS charges a $2 fee for this.
If you selected pick up at check in, The item(s) will be available at the front desk on day of check in or upto 48 hours after ordering.
If you purchased a recreation product and choose pickup at checkin then your item will be delivered in the form of a voucher. Some items like JetLev require a reservation, please be sure to call ahead (1-888-687-5385) to make your reservation and to insure the weather will be cooprative on the day you intend to fly. Same situation applies to Splash Island Water Park except no reservation is needed - though there is a 50 person capacity limit on the park itself - simply call ahead to check on the weather and availability of the park.(1-888-687-5385)
